Your tap runs through a sediment carbon filter, then RO, then DI. Pure water, no residue spots.

Straight answers
Every roof is different, so every job gets its own quote. Panel count, first clean or maintenance, roof type and access set the number. Send the form or call and Angel gives you your number on the phone. Police, first responders, military and kupuna get a discount automatically. Once we've cleaned your panels, the rate goes down every year, because after that we're doing maintenance. Hot-water solar panels are free with a cleaning. Bird proofing, gutters and windows get a quote after we look.
Rain alone won't clean your panels, just as rain alone won't clean your car. Red dirt, black mold and salt bake on. We show you what's on your panels before we touch them, top edge and bottom edge.
We do a 5-point inspection: no cracked or shattered panels, no missing fasteners, no wires hanging or disconnected. You get a video of that. Then a video of the condition, a video of us cleaning, and a video of the result. While we're up there we look at your gutters and windows and tell you if they need doing.
We record everything, so you and we both know exactly what the roof looked like when we left. If we crack a tile, we seal it with clear RTV on the spot, photograph it, tell you, match the tile and replace it, usually within days. If a roof is too far gone to walk on safely, we record that and tell you to get it fixed first.

The drone flies before, during and after and gives you a thermal report on the whole array. Cheaper per panel than residential, because of the volume.
Once a year for most Oahu homes. The first clean takes off the build-up, then yearly maintenance keeps it off, and your rate drops. If you're near the water, under trees, or you've got pigeons under the panels, we'll tell you after we see it.
